Learn the techniques of safe boating and surf launches from trainers with more than 25 years experience:

• Theory sessions with a Certified Safety Officer

• Practical sessions with skippers that launch daily

SKIPPERS LICENSE THEORY WORKSHOP

Theory Sessions are conducted in a fully fled shed training facility including the following:

• Video sessions

• First aid

• Radio procedures

• Navigation

• GPS and fish finders

• Outboard motors

• Safety Equipment

• Surf launching

• Boat Maintenance

• Skippers duties and responsibilities

SKIPPERS LICENSE PRACTICAL SESSION AT SHELLEY BEACH

 3 Days of intense training that includes 12 surf launches on training boats with supervision.

SKIPPERS LICENSE

Theory Sessions  includes lectures, books and examination.  Practical Sessions surf launches  includes 12 surf launches (travel, accommodation, meals and drinks not included).
